Meet Vasectomy Reversal Doctor Jeffrey Buch M.D.
Dr. Buch is the Founder and Director of Legacy Male Health and the North Texas Male Infertility Sperm Lab (NTMIC Sperm Lab).
Dr. Buch graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the
University of Michigan with a B.S. in Zoology prior to graduating from the
University of Michigan Medical School in May of 1980. He went on to distinguish himself with many awards during his Urology Residency at
Albany Medical Center in the Capital District of New York, finishing in 1985. He was then recognized as one of only five urologists per year at that time by the
Urologic Care Foundation research scholarship, which he completed under the direction of Dr. Larry Lipshultz at the
Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. During his time in Houston, Dr. Buch distinguished himself as an expert in Male Fertility and Microsurgery, culminating in his presentation of the Male Reproduction and Urology Prize Paper at the 1987 Annual Meeting of the American Fertility Society (now known as the American Society of Reproductive Medicine). He further distinguished himself by building from scratch the programs in Male Fertility and Microsurgery, first at the University of
Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha from 1987 to 1990 and then doing the same at the
University of Connecticut Health Science Center in Hartford from 1990 to 1994. He established his private practice in Dallas in 1994, which included the founding of the
NTMIC Sperm Lab. Dr. Buch then established Legacy Male Health Institute in the Dallas suburb of Plano, Texas, in 1994 and relocated to nearby Frisco, Texas, in 2007. He is nationally recognized for his expertise at the leading edge of treatments for Male Fertility, Male Sexual Dysfunction,
Microsurgical Vasectomy Reversal, and as Director of NTMIC Sperm Lab. Despite his many academic and clinical accomplishments, you will find Dr. Buch to be easy to talk to and a real “down-to-earth” sort of person.

Meet Regina Kogan, PA-C, MPAS
Regina Kogan, PA-C, MPAS, is our full-time Physician Assistant with 20 years of OB-GYN experience prior to joining Dr. Buch in October of 2024. During those 20 years, she managed hormonal dysfunction and fertility problems for many women, and she honed her skills as a compassionate patient educator and health care provider. Since joining our practice, she has acquired further expertise in the evaluation and treatment of Male Infertility, Low Testosterone, and Erectile Dysfunction. She currently manages much of the day-to-day patient care in our practice, allowing Dr. Buch to devote his time to the surgical procedures that only he can do. According to Dr. Buch, “Regina has been a blessing to my practice and our patients. Her knowledge base, her compassion, and her communication skills make her the perfect fit for our championship team at Legacy Male Health.” She has begun to expand our practice to include female hormone therapy and sexual dysfunction, as well as the non-surgical treatment of female urinary incontinence employing the Emsella™ electromagnetic pelvic floor muscle stimulator.
